We will be having a social event at Nanaya Nishiki (ななや NISHIKI) in Sakae from about 7-9 pm in the evening of the conference.
This party seems to be as popular as the conference itself! Such is the demand that all fifty tickets are now sold out. 4000 yen will get you as much as you can eat and drink for two hours (vegetarians included), and if you have signed up please pay on the morning of the conference. If you haven’t yet signed up but want to come, please visit the desk on the morning of the conference and we will put you on a waiting list… tickets may become available later. The venue is in the heart of the entertainment district and options for further hallowe’en high jinks are a’plenty!

Hi all – especially Stacey!
Just noticed this reference to the party on the site – by chance – and of course I want to book for it!
Just wondering though whether there’ll be an e-mail sent out to presenters about it. The acceptance sent out in August mentioned that news about the party would be forthcoming, but I haven’t seen anything – have I missed it? Does everyone else know about it?
BTW, how much is it?!
